• Bakimora, yaşlı ya da bakıma muhtaç bir yakınına bakan aile üyelerinin ortak bakım defteridir. Deftere yazılan her şey (ilaçlar, işaretler, ölçümler, notlar, randevular, acil kart, raporlar ve reçeteler) ailenin telefonlarında durur.
• Telefonlar birbirine sunucumuz üzerinden ulaşır. Sunucuya giden her kayıt ailenin anahtarıyla şifrelidir. Anahtar ailenin telefonlarında durur; Ayarlar'da kapatmadıysanız şifreli bir yedeği kendi Apple ya da Google hesabınızda da durur. O yedeği de ne biz ne Apple ya da Google okuyabilir. Sunucumuz var ancak anahtarımız yok: defterinizi biz okuyamayız.

Saat verisi ve konum kişinin kendi telefonunda ayrıca seçilir. Karar istendiği an değiştirilir; aileye başvurmadan bize de yazılabilir.
• Reklam yok, analitik yok, izleme yok. Konum yalnız bakılan kişi kendi telefonunda açarsa paylaşılır, o da şifreli: telefon aileye "ev civarından çıktı / döndü" gibi haberler gönderir, evin yeri telefonda kalır; kişi ayrıca izin verirse, aileden biri sorduğunda telefon bulunduğu yeri bir kez gönderir ve bu yer 24 saat sonra silinir. • Bakimora is the shared care notebook of family members looking after an elderly or dependent relative. Everything written in it (medicines, marks, readings, notes, appointments, the emergency card, reports and prescriptions) stays on the family's phones.
• The phones reach each other through our server. Every record sent to it is encrypted with the family's key. The key is on the family's phones; unless you turn it off in Settings, an encrypted backup of it is also kept in your own Apple or Google account. Neither we nor Apple or Google can read that backup either. We have a server, but not the key: we cannot read your notebook.
• The server sees only what it needs to do its job: your account, which phone is in which circle, when it connected, which records belong to the same person and the state of that person's permissions, the state of the subscription, and the IP address.
• A person cared for comes into the notebook only by their own decision, or by the decision of a representative authorized for this. Recording, sharing with family and caregiver access are each allowed separately; this version requires permission for both recording and sharing with family, and caregiver access is optional. Watch data and location are chosen separately on the person's own phone. The decision can be changed at any time; you can also write to us without going through the family.
• No ads, no analytics, no tracking. Location is shared only if the person being cared for turns it on on their own phone, and then encrypted: the phone sends the family news such as "left the home area / back in the home area", and where home is stays on the phone; if they also allow it, the phone sends where it is, once, when someone in the family asks, and that place is deleted after 24 hours. We cannot read any of it. We do not sell your data. We do not sell your health data.
• You can request deletion of your account at any time. Your account is deleted at once unless a restriction or deletion hold prevents deletion.

We are the data controller for the processing described in this notice. Within the permissions of the person cared for, your family decides what goes into the notebook and who it is shared with. We store the content encrypted and transmit it between phones without being able to read it. This does not remove our data protection duties for that processing.

Defter, çemberdeki telefonlarda durur. Aile telefonları kendilerine açık bakım kayıtlarını tutar; kişinin kendi telefonu yalnız o kişinin kayıtlarına erişir. Bakıcıların bir kişinin bölümlerini görebilmesi için o kişinin bakıcı erişimine izin vermiş olması da gerekir. Kararın şifreli ayrıntısını (kararın nasıl alındığı, seçimler, varsa temsilcinin bildirdiği dayanak, kapsam ve bitiş tarihi) yalnız kararı kaydeden telefon, çemberin yönetici telefonları ve kişinin kendi telefonu açabilir; öteki aile telefonları ve bakıcılar açamaz. Bir izin kapandığında, değişiklik sunucuya ulaşınca yeni kayıt ve anahtar erişimleri ilgili izinlere göre durdurulur. The notebook lives on the circle's phones. Family phones hold the care records available to them; the person's own phone accesses only that person's records. A caregiver's phone holds the sections the family has left open to caregivers. The sections are: medicines, the daily list, the emergency card, notes, appointments, the photo, readings, what comes from the watch, and home area news. The first seven start open; what comes from the watch and home area news start closed. The family opens or closes each section on the "What caregivers see" page of the Circle tab. Records of a closed section no longer reach a caregiver's phone; those already on it are hidden the next time that phone connects and deleted 48 hours after the section was closed. In a section that is opened again a caregiver sees only what is written from then on. Caregivers can never see documents. A caregiver's phone keeps only the last 7 days of marks, notes and readings. The notebook is not part of the phone's cloud backup (iCloud, Google).

For caregivers to see a person's sections, that person must also have allowed caregiver access. Only the phone that recorded the decision, the circle's admin phones and the person's own phone can open the encrypted decision details (how it was made, the choices, and any basis, scope and end date a representative reported); other family phones and caregivers cannot. When a permission is turned off and the change reaches the server, new access to records and keys stops according to the permissions concerned. Downloads already started may finish; the same account may regain access to a previously downloaded document from a cache. Phones apply the change on their next connection, before exchanging records. We cannot remotely delete copies taken outside the app.

If you change phones or delete the app, you bring the notebook back with the same Apple or Google account. An encrypted backup of the key is kept in that account's keychain: on an iPhone in iCloud Keychain, on Android in Google's backup (on Android only when it can be end-to-end encrypted, that is, when the phone has a screen lock). Neither we nor Apple or Google can read this backup; you can turn it off in Settings. Caregivers have no backup. Without a backup, the family invites you again; whoever looks after the circle can also bring the notebook back with the 12 recovery words in Settings. If they renew the key, the old words and the old backup can no longer bring the notebook to any phone.

Sunucumuz, hizmet sağlayıcımız Supabase'de, Almanya'da (Frankfurt) bulunmaktadır. Orada iki tür veri saklanır:

Ad, sağlık durumu ya da gerekçe yoktur. Her kabul ve kararın içeriksiz bir kaydı: hangi telefon ve hesap, hangi çember, hangi metin ve sürüm, hangi dil, ne zaman; kişinin kararında ayrıca seçimler, kararın nasıl alındığı ("kendisi seçti", "okundu, sözlü kabul etti", "kendi telefonunda") ve temsil bitiş tarihi. Ayarlar'dan istenen 24 saatlik başvuru kodunun özeti ve ne zaman kullanıldığı (kodun kendisi değil). Hesap ya da telefon kısıtlamasının başlangıç ve bitiş zamanı. Silme işlemlerinin içeriksiz kaydı. • Başvurular. Başvuru sırasında bize gönderdiğiniz bilgiler defterin uçtan uca şifrelemesi kapsamında değildir; başvuruyu inceleyen yetkililer gerekli bilgileri okuyabilir.

Our server runs at our service provider Supabase, in Germany (Frankfurt). Two kinds of things are kept there:

• Encrypted records, photos and documents. They are encrypted with the family's key; neither we nor Supabase can open them. The server knows their size, which phone sent them and when. Each record also carries a random-looking label that says which section it belongs to; the server cannot read the person's name or encrypted content. It knows which records belong to the same person, some record groups such as watch data, location, identity information and files left by caregivers for the family, and access permissions, because that is how it applies the person's decision and decides what to hand a caregiver's phone. These details can be linked to a person even without a name. So that the notebook can be brought back when a phone changes, a copy of the family's keys is kept here too. That copy is sealed to the admin's 12 words or to the family member's own backup in their account; we cannot open it.
• What the server can read in order to work: your account's ID and how you signed in; your email address, if you signed in with Google; the random IDs given to your phones and which circle they are in; the address notifications reach your phone by (kept encrypted, opened only by the code that sends the notification); when they connected; the state of the subscription at the store; until when invitations and handovers of the circle are valid; the IP address.
• The person's decision, and its proof. For each person cared for, a random ID: whether the decision is open or closed, which choices are on (recording, sharing with family, caregiver access, watch data, location), whether the decision is the person's own or a representative's and any reported end date of the authority, a one-way digest of the request code, whether the circle's admin gave a phone to that person as their own; and any pause, restriction or deletion hold we placed after a request. No name, no health condition, no reason. A content-free record of each acceptance and decision: which phone and account, which circle, which text and version, which language, when; for the person's decision also the choices, how it was made ("chose themselves", "read aloud, agreed verbally", "on their own phone") and the end date of a representative's authority. For a 24-hour request code asked for in Settings, its digest and when it was used (not the code). When an account or phone restriction began and ended. A content-free record of deletions. The encrypted decision details are kept here encrypted too; we cannot open them.
• Requests. Information you send us with a request is outside the notebook's end-to-end encryption; staff handling the request can read the necessary information.

Aile, iPhone'da Apple ile, Android'de Google ile giriş yapar. Apple'dan adınızı ve e-postanızı istemeyiz; Apple bize yalnız sizin için ürettiği bir kimlik numarası verir. The family signs in with Apple on an iPhone and with Google on Android. We do not ask Apple for your name or email; Apple gives us only an ID number it makes for you. Google sends your email address, your name and the address of your profile picture when you sign in: we keep your email address with your account, and we delete the name and the picture address before they are written to the database. We ask Google for access to nothing in your Google Account. Caregivers cannot open an account: they join with a one-time invitation, and their phone is given a key that belongs to that phone alone. An invitation link carries no key; the circle's keys are sealed to a phone only once the admin has approved it. We do not collect phone numbers; there is no sign-in by SMS or email.

Medicine reminders are set on the phone itself and never go online. The notifications the family sends each other pass through Apple's and Google's notification services and carry no content; the details arrive encrypted and are opened on your phone. Medicine names and health information never reach Apple or Google as plain text. On Android, Google's notification service (Firebase Cloud Messaging) sends Google the phone's installation ID, the app's version and device details (operating system, model) in order to work. The cared-for person's own phone writes, encrypted, into the family's notebook the state of its settings that could stop Bakimora there (on Android, whether the battery is set to "Restricted" and "Pause app activity if unused"; on an iPhone, "Background App Refresh"); the family sees it on that person's page. No other setting is written to the family.

Aile üyeleri bu verileri de içerebilen PDF'ler çıkarıp paylaşabilir (aşağıda "PDF'ler"). Sağlık verilerini reklam için kullanmayız, satmayız; onlardan yorum, teşhis ya da tavsiye çıkarmayız. Ailenin defterine yazılan bu verileri, yukarıda söylediğimiz gibi, ne biz ne de sunucu sağlayıcımız açabilir. İzni istediğiniz an telefonun ayarlarından ya da Bakimora'nın Çember sekmesinden kapatabilirsiniz.

If the person being cared for has a phone of their own, Bakimora can read steps, sleep and resting heart rate, and the blood pressure, glucose, weight, temperature and blood oxygen readings saved on the phone, from Apple Health (iPhone) or Health Connect (Android) on that phone; on an iPhone, also the Apple Watch's high heart rate, low heart rate and irregular rhythm notifications, and the result Apple recorded for an ECG taken on the watch (its classification and average heart rate; the ECG's waveform is not read). Only the phone that person carries does this, and only the phone's owner gives the permission; the family cannot turn it on from afar. What is read is written, encrypted, into the family's notebook. The phone also reads them in the background: on Android at most once an hour; on an iPhone, Apple Health wakes the app at most hourly for steps, sleep, resting heart rate and blood oxygen, and as they come in for measurements and what the watch reported. The first read covers at most the last 30 calendar days including today: steps, sleep and resting heart rate for completed days, plus today's steps so far. It also reads the last 30 days of measurements, watch notifications and ECG results. On later reads, it re-reads the last seven completed days of steps, sleep and resting heart rate, reads today's steps so far, and reads only new measurements, watch notifications and ECG results. If a measurement is changed or deleted in Apple Health or Health Connect within seven days of being taken, it is changed or removed in the notebook too; an older one stays as written. Steps, sleep, heart rate, what the watch reported and blood oxygen from the phone's health record are in the section "From the watch", which starts closed to caregivers. Blood pressure, glucose, weight and temperature saved on the phone are in "Readings", which starts open to caregivers. You can change either on the "What caregivers see" page. If the family asks for it, the phone of the family member on duty rings once when no news of steps has come from the cared-for person's phone for the time chosen. Nothing new is read from the cared-for person's phone for this; the setting is kept encrypted in the family's notebook, and the reminder is the phone's own notification, which does not pass through our server. Bakimora writes nothing to Apple Health or Health Connect. Health data is written into your family's notebook: the family members in the circle see it; caregivers see only the sections open to them, and the family decides which those are. For them to be written to the notebook the person must turn on the watch data choice on their own phone; for caregivers to see them the person must also have allowed caregiver access. Family members can make and share PDFs that may include it (see "PDFs" below). We do not use health data for ads and we do not sell it; we draw no interpretation, diagnosis or advice from it. Once in the family's notebook, as said above, neither we nor our server provider can open it. You can turn the permission off at any time in the phone's settings or on Bakimora's Circle tab.

Bakimora's use of information received from Health Connect will adhere to the Health Connect Permissions policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The camera is for reading the code and the label on a medicine box, for photographing documents and, if you want to, for taking a photo of yourself or of the person being cared for. The code and the label are read on the phone itself; nothing goes to the server or to any other company. A photo taken to read a medicine's name is deleted as soon as it has been read. If you keep a photo of the label on the medicine's page, that photo is a document (below, "Documents").

Putting a photo is up to you. Everyone puts only their own; the photo of the person being cared for is put by the family or from that person's own phone. The photo is made small on the phone, its location, camera and time details are removed, and it goes to the circle encrypted with the family's key; we cannot see it. The server knows only the encrypted bytes, which phone put it and when.

When you change or remove your photo, the old one is deleted from the server at once and is gone from the backups within 30 days at the latest. When somebody leaves the circle or is taken out of it, their photo goes too. Caregivers have no account, so a caregiver removes their photo from their own phone, or it goes when the family takes them out of the circle. Photos never appear in notifications or in PDFs.

You can put the family's reports, prescriptions and test results in the notebook: take a photo of the paper, or pick its PDF. A photo of a medicine's label taken on the medicine's page is a document too. A photo is made small on the phone, and its location, camera and time details are removed. Each document is encrypted on your phone with a key of its own, and that key travels inside the family's encrypted notebook. Only the encrypted document reaches the server; neither we nor Supabase can open it. The server does not know a document's name, its kind or what it says; it knows which circle put in a file of how many pieces, and when, and which person in the notebook it belongs to (not their name).

Family members add, open and delete documents; caregivers do not see them. Your caregiver can photograph a prescription or a receipt, or pick one from their phone, and leave it for the family: the paper is encrypted on the caregiver's phone and opens only on the family's phones; once it is sent, the caregiver cannot open it in the app, and no copy is left in the app. An original picked from their phone stays on their phone. Every family phone keeps an encrypted copy of the documents, so they open even without internet. The decrypted document is not kept on the phone. So that you can search inside documents, the text of the pages is read on the phone; that text, too, is kept in the family's encrypted notebook, and a page written out for the reading is deleted as soon as it has been read. When you share or print a document, it leaves the app unencrypted; the app says so first. A document's name or contents never appear in notifications.

When someone in your family deletes a document, the encrypted file is deleted from the server and from the family's phones: from the server within 24 hours of the request reaching it; from the phones the next time they connect; it is gone from the backups within 30 days at the latest. The deleted document's name and key stay in the history of the family's encrypted notebook (the notebook is only ever added to), but with no file left to open, the document does not come back. When the circle is closed, every document is deleted. When a family member deletes their account, the documents are not deleted: they belong to the family and stay in the circle.

Home area news is optional and is switched on only on the cared-for person's own phone: the phone asks its owner, and it starts only if they say "OK". Switching it off is always theirs to do (on that phone's Circle tab).

While it is on, the phone watches the circle around home (the home area) and the distance the family chose; one more place can be added. The phone's own location service does the watching: Apple's on an iPhone, Google Play services' on Android. The locations of home and of the added place stay on that phone, inside that service; they go neither to the family nor to us. Depending on the phone's own location settings, these services may send Apple or Google information about nearby Wi-Fi and cell towers, in a form that does not identify the person, to find locations better; Bakimora does not see it.

The phone sends the family only this news, with its time: left the home area, back in the home area, if the family named a place, arrived there and left it, more than the chosen distance from home, location watching stopped, and, by day and at most every two hours, "still watching". Of the added place, only the name it was given goes to the family, and that encrypted too. With this news, where the phone is, where home is, the way it went and any measured distance are not sent; where the phone is goes only with "Where is the phone now?" below, if the person allowed it. The news goes encrypted with the family's key; we cannot read it. Notifications come encrypted too and are opened on the phone; Apple's and Google's notification servers do not see what they say.

The family member on duty always gets the news. The rest of the family gets it too; anyone who would rather not turns it off under "My notifications" in Settings on their own phone. A caregiver's phone receives this news only while the "Home area news" section is open to caregivers, and never the distance news. It receives all the other news encrypted and can open it, but the app does not show it on its screens. The caregiver gets a notification only when the cared-for person's phone leaves or comes back to the home area (if the family chose "Every time it leaves home and comes back") or arrives at or leaves the named place. Caregivers can turn these notifications off in their own Settings. Our server knows that a phone said "there is news", that the news was written to that person's location records, and which phones the notification goes to; it does not know what the news is or the place.

Where is the phone now? If the person being cared for also says "Send my location when family asks" on their own phone (the phone asks this separately), someone in the family can ask in the app where the phone is. The question reaches the phone right away; an iPhone can answer even with the app closed. The phone sends where it is, once; if it cannot find it then, the last place it knew, with the time it was taken (not if that is more than a day old). If the phone is off or not connected to the internet, the answer goes the first time it connects. The place is encrypted with the family's key and passes through our server; we cannot read it. Our server, and on an iPhone Apple's notification service, see that someone in the family asked that phone where it is; they do not see the place. Our server also knows that these packages are to be deleted after a day. The question and the place are deleted from every phone and from our server after 24 hours. Caregivers cannot ask and cannot see it. The phone of whoever asked gets a "the phone answered" notification; the notification does not carry the place. If a family member taps "Open in Maps", the place is handed to the map app on that phone (Apple Maps on an iPhone, usually Google Maps on Android), where that app's own rules apply. The person being cared for sees on their own phone, for 24 hours, when their location was last sent and who asked, and can turn this off at any time.

The news is kept like the notebook's other records and deleted the same ways. Where home is leaves the phone when the app is deleted. An iPhone asks now and then whether location may still be used; the answer is the owner's.

Medicine name suggestions and box barcodes come from public lists published by official bodies (TİTCK in Türkiye, the National Library of Medicine and the FDA in the United States, the NHS in the United Kingdom). Family phones check their own country's list at most once a day and download it when there is a new one. Searching happens on the phone; what you search for never goes to the server.

Bakimora's subscription is sold by the App Store or Google Play. Your payment details stay with the store and never reach us. The store confirms with a signed record that the subscription is open for the circle; from it we keep the product, the store's transaction number and the end date. You cancel the subscription in the store's own settings. A family without a subscription can open, share and delete documents; it cannot add a document or rename one.

The family can make PDFs on the phone, such as a summary for the doctor or the emergency card. A PDF is not encrypted: it stays wherever you share it, and Bakimora cannot take it back from there; the app says so before making it. Photos never appear in a PDF. Caregivers cannot make PDFs.

Whenever your phone is online it has an IP address. It works like the return address on an envelope: it tells the internet where to send the answer. When Bakimora talks to our server, that number comes along. We can't avoid that, but we can tell you plainly what happens to it:

• While your phone stays connected to Bakimora, your account's session record keeps your phone's IP address. Caregivers have no account, but their phones have a session record too. The sign-in software of our service provider Supabase keeps this record, and it is deleted when you delete your account.
• The IP address also shows up in the operating logs, which delete themselves after 7 days.
• Supabase uses it to stop too many sign-ins coming from one place. The code we write never looks at it. We don't work out where you are from it, we don't give it to anyone other than the service providers that work for us (see "Service providers" below), and we don't use it for ads or tracking.
• When the phone downloads the list of medicine names, it doesn't say who you are. The server sees only the IP address and which country's list was asked for.
• When the app opens, the phone checks Bakimora's public notice file at most once an hour: a short note we write about maintenance or an incident. It doesn't say who you are when it checks; the server sees only the IP address.

Because the IP address is stored and can be linked to your account, we list it in our App Store privacy details.

• Apple: Sign in with Apple, iPhone notifications, the App Store, Apple Health.
• Google: Sign in with Google on Android, Android notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging), Google Play, Health Connect.
• Cloudflare: serves the bakimora.app website; visit records show the IP address.
• Hostinger: the support@bakimora.app mailbox; if you write to us, your email address and what you wrote are kept there.

Supabase, Cloudflare and Hostinger work on our behalf. When you use Apple's and Google's sign-in, notification, store and health services, their own privacy policies apply as well.

• The encrypted records at the server stay as long as the circle exists. They are deleted when whoever looks after the circle closes it; of a closed circle only a random ID and the date it closed remain, so that its phones can be told "this circle has been closed".
• Documents stay until someone in the family deletes them or the circle is closed. A deleted document's encrypted file leaves the server within 24 hours.
• When the admin takes one of two people out of the notebook, the records about that person — their medicines, marks, readings, notes, appointments, emergency card, photo, documents, home area news and settings — are deleted from the server and from every phone (as each goes online). If the person's own phone is in the circle, it is closed like any phone taken out. The person's name and the encrypted details of their decision are deleted too. What stays, shown on no screen: a "person removed" mark with no name or content, and on the server the person's random ID and labels (so that deleted records cannot be uploaded again from an old phone). These are deleted when the circle is closed.
• A phone taken out of the circle deletes its notebook itself the next time it connects.
• The copies of the keys are deleted when the circle is closed; a family member's, when that person leaves or is taken out of the circle. When the admin renews the key, the old copy is deleted at the same moment and the new one takes its place.
• Your account stays until you delete it.
• The location a phone sends when asked, and that question, are deleted from every phone and from the server after 24 hours.
• Invitations are valid for 48 hours. A job in the notification queue stays an hour at most.
• Operating logs delete themselves after 7 days. Everything deleted is gone from the server's backups within 30 days at the latest.
• The state of the person's decision on the server is kept while the person is in the notebook.
• The content-free record of acceptances and decisions is kept after the relationship ends: for the person's decisions from when the person is removed from the notebook or the circle is closed; for your own acceptances from when your last phone in that circle is removed, you delete your account, or the circle is closed. Coming back later with the same account does not extend the earlier records. For acceptance and decision records, three years is the upper limit of ordinary retention; records are deleted sooner if no longer needed. Legally necessary holds are assessed separately. These records are needed to document the decision and the deletion, to handle a request, and to protect our rights in a possible dispute.
• A 24-hour request code stops being valid after 24 hours, once used, or when a new one is asked for; its record is deleted afterwards.
• The review file is kept for at most three years after the request closes; retention for document extracts is determined separately, and they are deleted sooner if no longer needed. The history record of an account or phone restriction is deleted three years after the restriction ends.
• Where legally necessary, we may place specified records on a deletion hold. A deletion hold does not by itself stop other processing. If earlier document deletion attempts remain unresolved, we explain that the hold is not confirmed and the document may have been deleted. Copies on phones and Supabase's seven-day backups are outside this hold. When the hold ends, records whose retention periods have expired enter the deletion process; the periods do not restart. During a legally necessary deletion hold, deletion of the server records covered by the hold may be delayed even after the stated period expires. Retention periods continue to run; when the hold ends, records whose periods have expired enter the deletion process. For a blocked deletion, the app says "Deletion is on hold for now".
• Destruction logs are kept for at least three years from the operation date and deleted after three years unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.

Bakimora hesabınızı iki yoldan silebilirsiniz:

You can delete your Bakimora account in two ways:

• In the app: Settings → Account → Delete my account. The app tells the family you left and clears the notebook and the keys on the phone.
• In a browser, when the app is no longer on your phone: at bakimora.app/delete, by signing in with the Google account you used in the app. If you signed in with Apple, your account is deleted from the app on your iPhone only.

If you look after the circle, you hand it over to another family member or close it before your account is deleted.

What is deleted: your Bakimora account and its sign-in; your sessions; the address notifications reach your phone by; the circles you set up alone with this account (nobody but you is in them, and they close with your account); the copy at the server of the photo you put of yourself; and, when you delete in the app, the notebook and the keys on the phone.

What stays: what you wrote in the notebook is the family's care record. Your marks and notes stay in the family's notebook, under your name; the copies at the server are encrypted with the family's key, we cannot read them, and they are deleted when the circle is closed. If you deleted in a browser, your name stays on the family's list, and the family's phones that showed your photo before keep showing it. Whoever looks after the circle can take you off the list; then your photo goes too. The content-free record of your acceptances and of decisions you recorded stays even after your account is deleted, for the period in "How long we keep things".

When: your account is deleted at once unless a restriction or deletion hold prevents deletion. If deletion is blocked, you can write to privacy@bakimora.app; we assess your request under the applicable legal requirements. It is gone from the server's backups within 30 days at the latest. Operating logs (IP address, time, the address called; when you sign in, your email address and, if you signed in with Google, the name on your Google Account) are kept for 7 days on servers in the United States run by Google, a subcontractor of our service provider Supabase; your health and care data never enter these logs.

If you signed in with Apple, Apple's sheet opens once more while deleting: we check that the account being deleted is yours, and we take back the permission you gave Bakimora at Apple. If you signed in with Google, Google's sheet opens and we check the same way that the account is yours. Bakimora takes from Google only a token that shows who you are; it asks for access to nothing in your Google Account. Google may remember on its side that you signed in to Bakimora, so as not to ask you again next time. We keep none of the tokens we receive for this. The web page also takes back the permission Google gave for its own sign-in; if your browser does not let it, your account is deleted all the same, and the page says so and shows the way to the connections page of your Google Account.

To come back, you ask the family for a new invitation.

Bakıcı, ailenin davetiyle çembere katılan ve bakım defterine işaret, not, ölçüm ve belge giren kişidir. A caregiver is somebody who joins the circle at the family's invitation and enters marks, notes, measurements and documents into the care notebook. We do not ask a caregiver for an ID, an email address or a phone number; the family member who invites them writes their name and their role. A caregiver does not register an account: the connection is made with a technical user record at our provider and with device keys the phone itself generates; the private keys stay on the phone, the public keys are at the server. A caregiver sees a person's records only if that person has allowed caregiver access and the family has opened that section to caregivers.

About the caregiver's phone, the server keeps: the random identifier assigned to the phone, its role (caregiver), which circle it is in, its public keys, the notification address, the phone's language, the times the record was created and revoked, a per-minute call counter and the IP address (in the session record for as long as the phone stays connected, in the operating logs for seven days; above, "Your IP address"). These records carry no name, but are not anonymous: they are tied to the circle and to the phone. We use them to bring the notebook to the caregiver's phone, to send reminders, to prevent misuse and to record that this notice was shown. For processing necessary to provide the service, we rely on the performance of the terms of use the caregiver accepted (KVKK art. 5/2-c; GDPR art. 6(1)(b)); for necessary security processing, on our legitimate interests, balanced against the caregiver's rights (KVKK art. 5/2-f; GDPR art. 6(1)(f)); for the record that documents notice and acceptance, on our legal obligation and the protection of a right (KVKK art. 5/2-ç and 5/2-e; GDPR art. 6(1)(c) or 6(1)(f)). We do not sell this data; there are no ads and no analytics.

What the caregiver writes in the notebook (marks, notes, measurements, documents) is encrypted; we cannot read it, the family can. The family sees it with the caregiver's name and the time of marking, and may use it to assess the caregiver's work; when a dose is marked as not taken, a notification goes to the family. Bakimora does not record, and does not show the family, the caregiver's location, what else they do on their phone, or whether they opened a notification. A caregiver does not have to write anything about their own health. What the family writes about the caregiver (phone number, working hours) is not shown to the caregiver; it is stored encrypted on the server and can be read on the family's phones only.

When a caregiver leaves the circle or is taken out of it, the notebook's copy on their phone is deleted the next time the phone connects; what they wrote stays in the family's notebook. The device record on the server becomes "revoked" and its notification address is deleted at once. The rest of the record (the phone's identifier, its circle, its role, its public keys, its language, the times of creation and revocation) stays for as long as the circle's notebook exists, because the notebook's records say through this record which phone they came from; it is deleted with the circle. The record that the caregiver accepted the terms of use and was shown this notice (which text, which language, when; no content) is kept for at most three years after you leave, and deleted sooner if no longer needed. We set three years as an upper limit to document the information and the acceptance and to protect our rights in a possible dispute.

A caregiver can leave at any time with "Remove this phone from the circle" in Settings. For any request about their data, "Your rights" applies; a request is written to support@bakimora.app or made from inside the app. Since a caregiver has no account, we ask only for what is necessary to verify who is writing (for example a 24-hour request code from Settings, or confirmation by whoever looks after the circle; the code helps link the request to the phone, it does not prove identity on its own); statutory request channels remain open. If a caregiver's phone is lost, the circle's admin can remove that phone from the circle. A caregiver who finds a mark wrong tells the family; the mark stays under its author's name and the family can correct it. Emails sent for support are not covered by the notebook's encryption; the email address and the message are processed in order to answer.

A caregiver who uses the app in their own language reads a short summary of this section in that language at the top of the privacy notice window; the details are this text (Turkish and English).

Hangi dayanakla. Bakılan kişinin bilgilerini, sağlık bilgileri dâhil, onun açık rızasıyla işleriz. Hukuken mümkün olan durumlarda açık rıza, bu veri işlemeye ilişkin temsil yetkisi bulunan kişi aracılığıyla da verilebilir (md. 5/1 ve 6/3-a). Yalnız aile yakını olmak veya çemberi yönetmek bu yetkiyi vermez. Güncel izin durumunu, kişinin açık rızasını uygulamak için işleriz (KVKK md. 5/1, gerektiğinde 6/3-a; GDPR md. 6/1-a, gerektiğinde 9/2-a). Geri alma, silme ve başvuruyu uygulamak için zorunlu asgari kayıtları ise hukuki yükümlülüklerimiz kapsamında tutarız (KVKK md. 5/2-ç; GDPR md. 6/1-c). Özel nitelikli bilgiler için ayrıca uygun işleme şartı gerekir. Bakılan kişinin geçerli açık rızası ya da bu veri işlemeye ilişkin uygun temsil yetkisi belirlenemediğinde, o kişinin sağlık kayıtlarını oluşturma ve eşitleme özellikleri açılmaz. Yalnızca yakını olmak ya da bakımını üstlenmiş olmak yeterli değildir. Konum haberlerini kişinin bu paylaşım için verdiği açık rızaya dayanarak işleriz (md. 5/1); telefonun konum izni ayrıca gerekir. Randevudaki doktorun adı gibi gerekli mesleki bilgileri, bakım defteri hizmetini sunma yönündeki meşru menfaatimiz için ve ilgili kişinin temel hak ve özgürlüklerine zarar vermemek kaydıyla işleriz (md. 5/2-f); bu dayanak, başka kişilerin sağlık bilgilerini veya bakım için gereksiz bilgilerini kapsamaz. Deftere yazılan içerikleri telefonlar toplar; bu içerikler bize şifreli gelir.

GDPR ve UK GDPR kapsamında bu işlemler için sözleşmenin yerine getirilmesine (md. 6/1-b), yukarıda açıkladığımız meşru menfaatlere (md. 6/1-f) ve rızaya (md. 6/1-a; sağlık bilgileri için ayrıca md. 9/2-a) dayanırız. Bilgilendirme ve rızayı kanıtlama kayıtlarını bu düzenlemelerdeki yükümlülüklerimiz için (md. 6/1-c), diğer hukuki ispat kayıtlarını haklarımızı koruma yönündeki meşru menfaatimiz için saklarız (md. 6/1-f).

Haklarınız. KVKK kapsamında bize başvurarak verilerinizi işleyip işlemediğimizi, işliyorsak amacını, amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını ve kimlere aktarıldığını öğrenebilirsiniz. Eksik veya yanlış verilerin düzeltilmesini, kanuni şartları varsa silinmesini veya yok edilmesini ve bu işlemlerin verileri aktardığımız kişilere bildirilmesini isteyebilirsiniz. Yalnız otomatik analizle aleyhinize çıkan sonuca itiraz edebilir, hukuka aykırı işleme nedeniyle uğradığınız zararın giderilmesini talep edebilirsiniz. GDPR veya UK GDPR kapsamındaki işlemlerimiz için verilerinize erişme ve kopyasını alma; kanuni şartları varsa düzeltme, silme, işlemeyi kısıtlama, işlemeye itiraz etme ve veri taşınabilirliği haklarınız vardır. Rızanızı her zaman geri çekebilirsiniz; bu, geri çekmeden önceki işlemenin hukuka uygunluğunu etkilemez.

Defterin içeriğini çözemediğimiz için size okunabilir bir kopyasını doğrudan veremeyiz. İçeriği görüntüleme, düzeltme ve silme işlemleri uygulamadaki yetkilere göre yapılır. Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız da bize başvurabilirsiniz; talebinizi değerlendirir, yapabildiğimiz işlemleri ve varsa sınırlarını açıklarız.

Bakılan kişi için. Kişi ya da yetkili temsilcisi kararı istediği an değiştirebilir: kişinin kendi telefonunda Ayarlar → Kararım'dan, herhangi bir aile telefonunda kişinin kartını yeniden açtırarak ya da aileye başvurmadan doğrudan privacy@bakimora.app adresine yazarak. Kişi deftere girerken ona bir başvuru kartı ve kodu verilir; kod başvuruyu kolaylaştırır, zorunlu değildir ve tek başına kayıtları görme ya da silme yetkisi vermez. Kimliği ya da temsil yetkisini ve talebi kontrol ettikten sonra, kişinin ya da ilgili seçimin paylaşımını sunucuda doğrudan durdurabiliriz; ailenin ayrıca bir şey yapması gerekmez, telefonlar bunu bir sonraki bağlanışlarında, kayıt alışverişinden önce öğrenir. Kararı geri almak ile silmek ayrı taleplerdir: kayıt tutulmasına ya da aileyle paylaşıma verilen izin geri alınınca kişinin bakım kayıtlarının telefonlardan ve sunucudan silinmesi süreci başlar; yalnız bakıcı erişimini, saat verisini ya da konumu kapatmak yalnız onu kapatır. Gerekli durumlarda kişinin kayıtlarını sunucudan, ailenin işlem yapmasını beklemeden de silebiliriz; bunu yalnız başvuruyu ve dayanağını kayda geçirdikten sonra yaparız. İçeriği okuyamadığımız için, başvuranı hiçbir bilgiyle doğru kişiye eşleştiremezsek bunu nedeniyle birlikte yazarız.

Kısıtlama ve kimlik doğrulama. İşlemenin kısıtlanmasını istediğinizde ilgili kayıtları yalnız saklarız; bakılan kişinin kararı kısıtlanırsa o kişi için kayıt alışverişi de durur. Kısıtlama uygulandığında ilgili telefona yeni bildirim gönderim işleri verilmez; gönderim için daha önce alınmış bildirimler yine ulaşabilir. Gerekirse o çembere yeni telefon katılması da durur. Kayıtların telefonlarda kalan kopyalarını uzaktan durduramayız. Apple ile giren aile üyeleri ve hesabı olmayan bakıcılar için Ayarlar'dan 24 saat geçerli, tek kullanımlık bir başvuru kodu alınabilir. Başvuru kodu talebi ilgili telefonla eşleştirmeye yardımcı olur; tek başına başvuranın kimliğini veya temsil yetkisini kanıtlamaz. Kod hiçbir şifreli içeriği açmaz; o içeriği biz de açamayız. Kodla sunucumuzda bu telefonla bağlantılı kayıtları buluruz: okuyabildiğimiz hesap ve telefon bilgileri ile içeriğini okuyamadığımız şifreli kayıtlar ve dosyalar. KVKK başvurusu. Başvurunuzu Türkçe olarak, imzalı dilekçeyle yukarıdaki adresimize elden veya postayla ya da güvenli elektronik imza veya mobil imzayla imzaladığınız belgeyi privacy@bakimora.app adresine göndererek iletebilirsiniz. Bize önceden bildirdiğiniz ve sistemimizde kayıtlı e-posta adresinizden de privacy@bakimora.app adresine yazabilirsiniz; Google ile girişte kaydettiğimiz adres buna dâhildir. Apple ile girişte e-posta adresinizi almayız; kayıtlı adresiniz yoksa diğer yolları kullanabilirsiniz. Başvuruda adınız, soyadınız, T.C. kimlik numaranız; yabancıysanız uyruğunuz ve pasaport numaranız veya varsa kimlik numaranız; tebligat için yerleşim veya iş adresiniz ve talebiniz bulunmalıdır. Başvurunuzu en kısa sürede ve en geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz sonuçlandırırız. Başvurunuzu reddedersek veya cevabımızı yetersiz bulursanız, cevabı öğrendiğiniz tarihten itibaren 30 gün içinde ve her durumda başvurunuzdan itibaren 60 gün dolmadan Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na şikâyet edebilirsiniz. 30 gün içinde cevap vermezsek, bu sürenin bitiminden başvurunuzun 60. gününe kadar şikâyet edebilirsiniz.

GDPR ve UK GDPR başvurusu. Haklarınızı kullanmak için support@bakimora.app veya privacy@bakimora.app adresine yazabilirsiniz; özel bir başvuru biçimi gerekmez. Gerektiğinde kimliğinizi doğrulamak için ek bilgi isteriz. Gereksiz gecikme olmadan, normalde bir ay içinde cevap veririz. Kanunen süre uzatımı gerekiyorsa ilk ay içinde nedenini ve yeni süreyi bildiririz. AB'de özellikle yaşadığınız, çalıştığınız veya ihlalin gerçekleştiğini düşündüğünüz ülkedeki veri koruma otoritesine şikâyet edebilirsiniz. Birleşik Krallık'ta veri koruma şikâyetinizi bize yazabilirsiniz; aldığımızı 30 gün içinde bildirir, gereksiz gecikme olmadan inceler ve sonucu iletiriz. Information Commission'a (ICO) da şikâyet edebilirsiniz.

On what basis. We process the information about your account, your phones, your circle membership, your notification address and your subscription to the extent necessary to perform our contract with you (Turkish Law No. 6698, Article 5(2)(c)). We process IP addresses and operating logs to protect the service, on our legitimate interest (Article 5(2)(f)). We keep notice records to demonstrate that we met our duty to inform you (Articles 5(2)(ç) and 10). We retain consent and declaration records to the extent necessary to establish, exercise or defend a right (Article 5(2)(e)). We process the cared-for person's information, including health information, with their explicit consent. Where legally permitted, explicit consent may also be given through a representative whose authority covers this processing (Articles 5(1) and 6(3)(a)). Being a relative or managing the circle does not itself give that authority. We process the current permission status to apply the person's explicit consent (KVKK art. 5(1), and where applicable 6(3)(a); GDPR art. 6(1)(a), and where applicable 9(2)(a)). We keep the minimum records necessary to implement withdrawal, deletion and requests to meet our legal obligations (KVKK art. 5(2)(ç); GDPR art. 6(1)(c)). Special-category information also requires an applicable processing condition. Where neither the valid explicit consent of the person cared for nor a suitable authority to represent them for this processing can be established, the features that create and synchronize that person's health records are not turned on. Being a relative or having taken on their care is not enough on its own. We process location updates based on the person's explicit consent to that sharing (Article 5(1)); the phone's location permission is also required. We process necessary professional details, such as a doctor's name in an appointment, for our legitimate interest in providing the care notebook service, provided this does not harm the person's fundamental rights and freedoms (Article 5(2)(f)); this basis does not cover other people's health information or information unnecessary for the care. The phones collect the content written into the notebook; that content reaches us encrypted.

Under the GDPR and UK GDPR, we rely on performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)), the legitimate interests explained above (Article 6(1)(f)), and consent (Article 6(1)(a), plus Article 9(2)(a) for health information). We keep records demonstrating notice and consent to meet our duties under those laws (Article 6(1)(c)), and other evidence records for our legitimate interest in protecting our legal rights (Article 6(1)(f)).

Your rights. Under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law, you can ask whether we process your data, why we process it, whether it is used for that purpose and who receives it. You can request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, deletion or destruction where the legal conditions are met, and notification of these changes to recipients. You can object to an adverse result produced solely by automated analysis and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you can access your data and obtain a copy. Subject to the legal conditions, you can also request correction, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability, and object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

We cannot decrypt the notebook, so we cannot directly provide a readable copy of its content. Viewing, correcting and deleting content depends on permissions in the app. You can still contact us if you cannot access the app; we will assess your request and explain what we can do and any limitations.

For the person cared for. The person or their authorized representative can change the decision at any time: in Settings → My decision on the person's own phone, by having the person's card opened again on any family phone, or by writing directly to privacy@bakimora.app without going through the family. When the person comes into the notebook they are given a request card and a code; the code makes a request easier, is not required, and does not on its own authorize anyone to view or delete records. After checking identity or authority and what is asked, we can stop the sharing of the person, or of the choice concerned, directly on the server; the family does not need to do anything, and the phones learn it the next time they connect, before exchanging records. Withdrawing the decision and deletion are separate requests: when permission for recording or family sharing is withdrawn, the process of deleting the person's care records from the phones and the server begins; turning off only caregiver access, watch data or location turns off only that. Where necessary we can also delete the person's records from the server without waiting for the family; we do so only after recording the request and its basis. Because we cannot read the content, if we cannot match the requester to the right person with any detail, we say so and why.

Restriction and verifying who you are. When you ask us to restrict processing, we only keep the records concerned; if the decision of a person cared for is restricted, exchanging records for that person stops too. Once restriction is applied, no new notification delivery jobs are released for the phone concerned; notifications already taken for delivery may still arrive. Where needed, new phones can no longer join that circle. We cannot remotely stop the copies already on phones. Family members who sign in with Apple and caregivers, who have no account, can get a single-use request code valid for 24 hours in Settings. The request code helps link the request to the phone; it does not by itself prove the requester's identity or authority to represent someone. The code does not open any encrypted content; we cannot open that content either. With the code we find the records on our server linked to this phone: account and phone details we can read, and encrypted records and files whose contents we cannot read. After the checks needed for the request, we tell the person what we hold or delete it, as asked. You can ask for a copy of the records about you that our server can read.

Requests under Türkiye's law. You can submit a request under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law in Turkish: deliver or post a signed request to our address above, or email a document signed with a secure electronic signature under Turkish law or a mobile signature to privacy@bakimora.app. You can also write from an email address you previously provided to us and that is registered in our system; this includes the address we record through Google sign-in. We do not receive your email address through Apple sign-in; if you have no registered address, you can use the other routes. Include your full name and your Turkish ID number (for foreign nationals, your nationality and passport number or, if you have one, another ID number), your residential or business address for notices, and your request. Include an email address, telephone and fax number for notifications, if available. Sign a written request and attach relevant information and documents. We resolve your request free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest. If we reject it or you find our response inadequate, you can complain to Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days of learning of our response, and in all cases within 60 days of your request. If we do not respond within 30 days, you can complain after that period expires and up to the 60th day after your request.

Requests under the GDPR and UK GDPR. To exercise your GDPR or UK GDPR rights, you can write to support@bakimora.app or privacy@bakimora.app; no special form is required. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity where necessary. We respond without undue delay, normally within one month. If a lawful extension is needed, we explain why and give the new deadline within the first month. In the EU, you can complain to a data protection authority, particularly in the country where you live or work, or where you believe the infringement occurred. In the UK, you can send a data protection complaint to us; we acknowledge it within 30 days, investigate without undue delay and tell you the outcome. You can also complain to the Information Commission (ICO).

Bakimora, yaşlı bir yakınına bakan ailenin ortak bakım defteridir. Bu politika, Washington ve Nevada yasalarına göre "tüketici sağlık verisi" sayılabilecek bilgileri anlatır: neyi topladığımızı, nereden geldiğini, kime gittiğini ve haklarınızı nasıl kullanacağınızı.

Bakılan kişi kendi telefonunda izin verirse ayrıca: o telefondaki Apple Sağlık ya da Health Connect ölçümlerini (adım, uyku, nabız, tansiyon, şeker, kilo, ateş, kan oksijeni; iPhone'da Apple Watch'un nabız ve ritim bildirimleri ve EKG sonucu), konum haberlerini ve, bunun için de ayrıca izin verirse, aile sorduğunda telefonun bir kez gönderdiği yeri. Hepsini tek bir amaçla kullanırız: ailenin ortak defterini, hatırlatmalarını ve haberlerini çalıştırmak. Bakılan kişinin bilgilerini toplamak ve paylaşmak için ayrı ayrı izin isteriz: kayıt tutulması (toplama) ve aileyle paylaşım; bakıcılarla paylaşım ayrı bir seçimdir. Bu sürümü kullanmak için hem kayıt tutulmasına hem aileyle paylaşıma izin gerekir. İzin kişinin kendisinden ya da bu konuda yetkili temsilcisinden alınır; izin yoksa kişinin sağlık kayıtları oluşturulmaz. Defterdeki her şey telefondan çıkmadan önce ailenin anahtarıyla şifrelenir; sunucumuz açamadığı mühürlü paketleri saklar ve iletir. Defterinizi okuyamayız.

Nereden geliyor. Aileden, davet edilen bakıcılardan ve bakılan kişinin telefonundan: bağlandıysa sağlık uygulamasından, konum açıksa konum hizmetinden. Kimseden sağlık verisi satın almayız.

Kime gider. Defter çemberdeki aile üyelerine gider; davet edilen bakıcılara yalnız kişi bakıcı erişimine izin verdiyse ve yalnız ailenin onlara açtığı bölümler gider. Bakimora'yı bizim adımıza çalıştıran hizmet sağlayıcılarından Frankfurt'taki Supabase mühürlü paketleri ve hesap bilgilerini saklar; Apple'ın ve Google'ın bildirim servisleri içeriksiz ya da mühürlü bildirimleri taşır. Hiçbiri mühürlü olanı açamaz. Bir aile üyesi "Haritada aç"a dokunursa, telefonun gönderdiği yer o aile üyesinin telefonundaki harita uygulamasına verilir; orada o uygulamanın kuralları geçerlidir. Tüketici sağlık verisini satmayız. Uygulamada reklam ya da analitik kodu yoktur. İştirakimiz yoktur.

Sunucumuzun gördükleri. Apple ya da Google'dan gelen giriş kimliğiniz (Google ile girdiyseniz e-posta adresiniz), hangi telefonun hangi çemberde olduğu, her telefonun bildirim adresleri (mühürlü saklanır; "Şu an nerede?"ye izin veren iPhone'da konum soruları için ikinci bir adres vardır), aboneliğin mağazadaki durumu, mühürlü paketlerin boyu ile zamanı, hangi paketlerin aynı kişiye ait olduğu ve saat, konum, kimlik bilgisi ve bakıcının aileye bıraktığı dosyalar gibi bazı kayıt grupları, kişinin izinlerinin durumu, kabul ve kararların içeriksiz kaydı (gizlilik bildirimi "Sunucuda ne durur") ve IP adresleri. Aileden biri bir telefona yerini sorduğunda sunucumuz ve iPhone'da Apple'ın bildirim servisi sorulduğunu görür; yeri görmez. Bunların hiçbiri defterde yazanlar değildir.

Haklarınız. Bu yasalara göre bizden şunları isteyebilirsiniz: tüketici sağlık verinizi toplayıp toplamadığımızı, paylaşıp paylaşmadığımızı ya da satıp satmadığımızı söylememiz; verinize erişmenizi sağlamamız ve onu verdiğimiz herkesin listesini, her birine ulaşabileceğiniz bir e-posta adresi ya da çevrimiçi yolla birlikte vermemiz; toplamayı ve paylaşmayı durdurmamız; silmemiz. Defterde yazanları çemberin telefonlarında görürsünüz; sunucumuzda okunur bir kopyası yoktur. Sunucumuzun sizinle ilgili gördüklerini (yukarıdaki liste) istediğinizde size göndeririz. Aile üyeleri acil kartı, doktor için özeti ve belgeleri istediği an PDF olarak alabilir. Defterdeki bilgiler yalnız uygulamada, çemberdekilerce değiştirilir; biz okuyamadığımız için değiştiremeyiz. Sunucumuzdaki bilgilerden biri yanlışsa bize yazın. İzni geri almak için kişinin kartını ya da privacy@bakimora.app adresini kullanabilirsiniz; geri alma aileye bağlı değildir. Silme isteğinizde, sunucumuzdaki kabul ve karar kayıtlarını da, yasanın saklamaya izin verdiği bir durum yoksa sileriz.

Bakılan kişi sağlık ölçümlerini, konum haberlerini ve "Şu an nerede?"yi kendi telefonunun Çember sekmesinden istediği an kapatır; kapatmak daha önce yazılanları silmez. Hesabınızı uygulamadan silebilirsiniz (Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesabımı sil); silmeyi engelleyen bir kısıtlama veya silme bekletmesi yoksa hesabınız hemen silinir, engelleniyorsa privacy@bakimora.app adresine başvurabilirsiniz. Çemberde sizden başkaları varsa hesabı silmek defteri silmez; çemberin yöneticisi çemberi kapatınca ailenin sunucudaki bütün şifreli kayıtları ve belgeleri silinir. Silinen her şey sunucunun yedeklerinden en geç 30 gün içinde çıkar.

Hukuken gerekli bir silme bekletmesi sırasında, belirtilen süre dolsa da kapsamdaki sunucu kayıtlarının silinmesi ertelenebilir. Saklama süresinin hesabı durmaz; bekletme kalkınca süresi dolmuş kayıtlar silme sürecine alınır. Telefonlardaki kopyalar ve Supabase'in yedi günlük yedekleri bu bekletmenin kapsamında değildir. Uygulama, engellenen silme işlemi için "Silme şu an bekletiliyor" der.

Gizlilik başvurusu. Geçerli yasaya göre verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenebilir; erişim, düzeltme, silme ve taşınabilir kopya isteyebilir; satış, hedefli reklam ve hakkınızda önemli sonuçlar doğuran kararlar için profillemeye karşı çıkabilirsiniz. Gerektiğinde kayıtları bulmak, kimliğinizi ve temsil yetkinizi doğrulamak için yalnızca gerekli ek bilgileri isteriz. İlk mesajınıza sağlık kaydı veya kimlik belgesi eklemeyin. İsteğiniz veya itirazınız bize ulaştıktan sonra en geç 30 gün içinde yanıt veririz. İtirazınızla ilgili kararımızı gerekçesiyle birlikte yazılı olarak bildiririz. Sonuçtan memnun kalmazsanız yaşadığınız eyaletin başsavcılığına şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz; örneğin Washington Başsavcılığına (atg.wa.gov/file-complaint) ya da Nevada Başsavcılığına (ag.nv.gov). İtirazınızı reddedersek yanıtımızda ilgili başsavcılığın çevrimiçi şikâyet bağlantısını, böyle bir bağlantı yoksa başka bir başvuru yolunu da paylaşırız.

Konum ve sağlık kuruluşları. Konumu bakılan kişi kendi telefonunda açar ve konum o telefonda hesaplanır; evin ve eklenen yerin konumu o telefonda kalır. Telefon aileye yalnız haber gönderir, saatiyle: ev civarından çıktı / döndü, evden seçilen uzaklıktan fazla uzaklaştı, ailenin ad verdiği tek yere vardı / oradan çıktı, konum izlemesi durdu ve gündüz en çok iki saatte bir "izleme sürüyor". Ad verilen yeri bakılan kişinin telefonu, orada bulunduğu sırada kaydeder; aileye yalnız adı gider. Kişi ayrıca izin verirse, aileden biri sorduğunda telefon bulunduğu yeri bir kez gönderir; o an bulamazsa, üzerinden henüz 24 saat geçmemiş son bildiği yeri, saatiyle. Bu yer 24 saat sonra her telefondan ve sunucumuzdan silinir. Bakıcılar uzaklık haberini almaz; yer soramaz ve göremez. Bakimora'nın sağlık kuruluşu listesi yoktur ve ailenin ad verdiği yerin ne olduğunu bilmez; kendiliğinden hiçbir sağlık kuruluşunun çevresine coğrafi çit koymaz. Evi Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nde olan bir aile bir yer eklerken uygulama önce sorar: bu yer hastane, muayenehane, eczane, diyaliz merkezi, bakımevi ya da gündüz bakım merkezi gibi sağlık hizmeti, bakım ya da sağlık ürünü sunan bir yer mi? Uygulama ailenin verdiği yanıta göre ilerler: "Evet" yanıtında yer kurulmaz, "Hayır" yanıtında kurulur. Bu, Washington (RCW 19.373.080) ve Nevada (NRS 603A.540) yasalarının sağlık hizmeti ya da ürünü sunulan yerlerin çevresindeki belirli coğrafi çit kullanımlarını yasaklaması nedeniyle ABD'deki evler için uyguladığımız bir önlemdir; bu yasakların kapsamına giren kullanımlar, kişinin rızası olsa da yapılamaz.

Başka şirketler ve bu politikanın tarihi. Hiçbir başka şirket, uygulamamız ya da sitemiz aracılığıyla kendi adına tüketici sağlık verinizi zaman içinde ya da başka sitelerde ve hizmetlerde toplamaz. Bu politika 24 Ekim 2026'dan beri geçerlidir. Değiştirirsek yürürlük tarihini güncelleriz ve neyin değiştiğini bakimora.app/privacy adresindeki gizlilik bildirimimizin "Değişiklikler" bölümünde yazarız.

Bakimora is a shared care notebook for a family looking after an ageing relative. This policy is about information that may be "consumer health data" under the laws of Washington and Nevada: what we collect, where it comes from, who receives it, and how to use your rights.

What we collect and why. What you and the people in your circle write, photograph or mark in the notebook: medicines, doses marked, measurements, appointments, caregiver notes, the emergency card, photographed reports and prescriptions, documents. If the person being cared for allows it on their own phone, also: readings from Apple Health or Health Connect on that phone (steps, sleep, heart rate, blood pressure, blood sugar, weight, temperature, blood oxygen; on an iPhone, Apple Watch heart rate and rhythm notifications and ECG results), location news and, if the person allows that separately too, the place the phone sends once when the family asks. We use all of it for one purpose: to run the family's shared notebook, its reminders and its news. We ask for separate consent to collect and to share the information of the person cared for: recording (collection) and sharing with family; sharing with caregivers is a separate choice. This version requires permission for both recording and sharing with family. Consent comes from the person or a representative authorized for this; without it the person's health records are not created. Everything in the notebook is encrypted with the family's key before it leaves the phone; our server stores and forwards sealed packages it cannot open. We cannot read your notebook.

Where it comes from. From the family, from invited caregivers, and from the phone of the person being cared for: its health app, if connected, and its location service, if location is on. We do not buy health data from anyone.

Who receives it. The notebook goes to the family members in the circle; invited caregivers get only the sections the family opens to them, and only if the person has allowed caregiver access. Of the service providers that run Bakimora on our behalf, Supabase in Frankfurt stores the sealed packages and account data, and Apple's and Google's notification services carry notifications that are empty or sealed. None of them can open what is sealed. If a family member taps "Open in Maps", the place the phone sent is handed to the map app on that family member's phone, where that app's own rules apply. We do not sell consumer health data. There is no advertising or analytics code in the app. We have no affiliates.

What our server sees. Your sign-in identity from Apple or Google (your email address, if you signed in with Google), which phones belong to which circle, each phone's notification addresses (kept sealed; an iPhone that allows "Where is the phone now?" has a second one for location questions), the state of the subscription at the store, the sizes and times of sealed packages, which packages belong to the same person and some record groups such as watch data, location, identity information and files left by caregivers for the family, the state of the person's permissions, a content-free record of acceptances and decisions (privacy notice, "What is kept at the server"), and IP addresses. When someone in the family asks a phone where it is, our server, and on an iPhone Apple's notification service, see that it was asked; they do not see the place. None of this is what is written in the notebook.

Your rights. Under these laws you can ask us: to tell you whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data; to give you access to it and a list of everyone we have given it to, with an email address or another online way to reach each of them; to stop collecting and sharing it; and to delete it. What is written in the notebook you see on the circle's phones; our server has no readable copy of it. What our server sees about you (the list above) we send you when you ask. Family members can take the emergency card, the summary for a doctor and the documents out as PDFs at any time. What is in the notebook is changed only in the app, by the people in the circle; we cannot change it, because we cannot read it. If something our server holds is wrong, write to us. To withdraw consent you can use the person's card or privacy@bakimora.app; withdrawing does not depend on the family. When you ask for deletion, we also delete the acceptance and decision records on our server, unless the law allows us to keep them.

The person being cared for can turn off health readings, location news and "Where is the phone now?" at any time on their own phone's Circle tab; turning them off does not delete what was already written. You can delete your account in the app (Settings → Account → Delete my account); it is deleted at once unless a restriction or deletion hold prevents deletion, in which case you can write to privacy@bakimora.app. If others are in the circle, deleting your account does not delete the notebook; when the circle's admin closes the circle, every encrypted record and document of the family at the server is deleted. Everything deleted is gone from our backups within 30 days at the latest.

During a legally necessary deletion hold, deletion of the server records covered by the hold may be delayed even after the stated period expires. Retention periods continue to run; when the hold ends, records whose periods have expired enter the deletion process. Copies on phones and Supabase's seven-day backups are outside this hold. For a blocked deletion, the app says "Deletion is on hold for now".

Make a privacy request. Under applicable law, you may ask whether we process your data; request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy; and opt out of sales, targeted advertising and profiling used for decisions with significant effects on you. To submit a request or appeal, email privacy@bakimora.app (suggested subject: "Privacy request") or write to: EBSM Özel Sağlık Hizmetleri Bilgisayar Yazılım Bilişim San. ve Tic. Ltd. Include your name, reply contact details, US state of residence and request. Tell us if you are acting for someone else. Where needed, we will ask only for additional information necessary to locate records and verify your identity and authority to act. Do not attach health records or identity documents to your initial message. We respond within 30 days of receiving your request or appeal. We explain our decision on your appeal in writing, including our reasons. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Attorney General of the state where you live, for example the Washington Attorney General (atg.wa.gov/file-complaint) or the Nevada Attorney General (ag.nv.gov). If we deny your appeal, our reply will also include the relevant Attorney General's online complaint link or, if none is available, another way to submit a complaint.

Location and health facilities. Location is turned on by the person being cared for, on their own phone, and worked out on that phone; where home is and where the added place is stay on that phone. The phone sends the family only news, with its time: left the home area or came back, further from home than the chosen distance, arrived at or left the one place the family named, location watching stopped, and, by day at most every two hours, "still watching". The named place is saved by the person's phone while it is there; only its name goes to the family. If the person also allows it, the phone sends where it is, once, when someone in the family asks; if it cannot find it then, the last place it knew, with its time, only if it is less than 24 hours old. That place is deleted from every phone and from our server after 24 hours. Caregivers do not get the distance news, and cannot ask for or see the place. Bakimora has no list of health facilities and does not know what kind of place the family named; it does not, of itself, put a geofence around any health facility. When a family whose home is in the United States adds a place, the app first asks whether it provides health care, care services or health products, such as a hospital, doctor's office, pharmacy, dialysis center, care home or adult day care center. The app proceeds based on the family's answer: if "Yes", the place is not set up; if "No", it is set up. We apply this precaution to homes in the United States because Washington (RCW 19.373.080) and Nevada (NRS 603A.540) prohibit certain uses of geofencing around places providing health care services or products; uses covered by these prohibitions are not allowed even with the person's consent.

Other companies, and the date of this policy. No other company collects your consumer health data for itself, over time or across other websites and services, through our app or our website. This policy is in effect from 24 October 2026. If we change it, we update its effective date and say what changed in the "Changes" section of our privacy notice at bakimora.app/privacy.

Only people aged 18 or older may use Bakimora; it is not directed at children. Everyone who creates or joins a circle, including caregivers, confirms that they are 18 or older. If we learn that a younger person has joined as a user, we end their access and delete their account, if any. The valid explicit consent and representation requirements explained above apply to the information about the person receiving care. Confirming your age does not authorise you to record or share another person's information.

If we change this text, we update the date at the top of the page and say on this page what changed. Updated in this version: added a postal option for US requests and appeals, and clarified how we respond to appeals and how you can complain to your state's Attorney General. Also added a paragraph titled “Make a privacy request”. The one before (26 October 2026): decisions and separate permissions for each person; ways to change decisions and make requests without going through the family; information visible to the server; acceptance and decision records and their retention periods; restrictions, deletion holds and information remaining after a person is removed.
